Yes! Kick-Boxing is an excellent full-body workout that combines cardio and strength training, which can help you burn calories and lose weight. With regular attendance and a balanced diet, you'll see noticeable improvements in your fitness and weight loss goals.
No prior Kick-Boxing experience is needed. Our classes are beginner-friendly, and we’ll teach you the basics of the sport, step-by-step. Whether you’re a total beginner or have some experience, you'll fit right in.
Our Kick-Boxing classes focus primarily on bodyweight exercises, cardio, and technique-based training. While some strength exercises may be incorporated, we do not rely on weights or machines. The goal is to enhance functional fitness through dynamic movement.
Wear comfortable athletic wear that allows for movement, such as a t-shirt, shorts, or leggings, along with supportive footwear. Bring a water bottle to stay hydrated and a towel if you prefer to wipe off sweat during class. Boxing gloves and hand wraps are recommended but not required for your first few classes.
We recommend attending at least two to three classes per week to see the best results in terms of fitness, weight loss, and skill development. However, you can adjust based on your personal goals and schedule. The more you attend, the faster you’ll progress!
